NexClean Carpet & Furniture Cleaning Service
It's time for Spring Cleaning and what better than to have your carpets cleaned from NexClean Carpet and Furniture Cleaning, LLC.  Owned and operated by Tom and Sherrie Hayes!  They began cleaning carpet in 2004 but have been in the cleaning business since 1997 doing commercial and janitorial cleaning.  NexClean specializes in carpet and furniture cleaning.  Plans are being made to expand into tile, grout and wood cleaning in late 2009 to better accomodate customers needs.  Tom and Sherrie's business is conveniently located in Doylestown, a wide spread area that is easily servicable to Akron, Cleveland or South to the Sugarcreek area.  Normal business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday.  Customers can reach Tom to schedule a Sunday cleaning.

THANO’S RESTAURANT      

“I want to thank everyone who has visited for the overwhelming support and words of encouragement”, said Thano, owner of Thano’s Restaurant on Fifth Street in Barberton.  Many people have said that this is exactly what Barberton needed, a nice restaurant with a diverse menu and reasonable prices.  Thano’s hired about 30 people and in the first month it was a little hectic, but they have ironed out the kinks and things are going great.  Their goal is to provide a great meal with a large portion at a fraction of what the chains charge.  These days families are careful in their spending, and Thano wants them to know they are going to get the best value at his restaurant.  The building was purchased in December of 2008 (Ponderosa closed January 2008) and opened in July 2009.  Remodeling began soon after the purchase and included all new equipment, hood system, counter area, carpet and more.  They have two locations, one at 6620 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, Ohio and 71 Fifth St., Barberton.  Thano’s is open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm (10pm on Friday and Saturday).  “Other City of Barberton officials have been very accommodating and have made us feel welcome from day one”, said Thano.  It is a family affair in that Thano’s wife, Anthie works full time as well as his mom who makes all of the Greek specialties, such as Baklava and Bougatsa; their signature dessert, vanilla cream custard in light phyllo, lamb shanks, pastitsio and others.  Thano and Anthie have four children, and their two daughters also work in the restaurant as servers and hostesses.  There is a party room that seats up to 50 that can be reserved for private functions.  There is no charge for the room and customers can order off the menu or plan for a special meal.  The menu includes burgers, wraps, paninis, chicken sandwiches, chops, steaks, and more.  They have a separate breakfast menu that includes waffles, pancakes, omelets, biscuits and gravy, eggs benedict, and more.  The classic burger is a half pounder never frozen for $5.29.  They have a Hercules burger which is full pound of beef that has become a big hit.  All of their burgers and steaks are cooked to temperature.  The price reange for most appetizers are $3—$5 and entrees $6—$8.  Breakfast is served all day.  Soups are made fresh daily and there are weekday lunch specials.  Sauces, gravy, coleslaw, tuna/chicken salads, and many other entrees are made from scratch.  Daily homemade specials drive the business.  Stop in today!  Thano’s opens daily at 7am.
